Crèmes anti-frottements&anti-transpirantes pieds/Anti-friction &anti-perspirant foot cream

Mon précédent article concernait les crèmes hydratantes pour les pieds. Celui-ci est au sujet des crèmes pour sportifs mais également des crèmes et des déodorants anti-transpirants.

Les crèmes anti-frottements ont pour but d’éviter la formation d’ampoules ou toute irritation cutanée provoqué par le chaussant lors d’une activité sportive. Elles devront donc bien être appliqué avant toutes activités.

Les crèmes et les déodorants anti-transpirants devront quant à eux être appliqués pendant une certaine période sous forme de cure.

CRÈMES ANTI-FROTTEMENTS

-« Crème anti-frottement » de APIVITA SPORT: Fabriqué en France. ACTION 3 en 1= Renforce la cohésion du derme et de l’épiderme grâce à la fougère; Crée un effet de double peau et évite les frottements grâce au miel; Apaise les irritations et stimule la réparation de la peau grâce à l’acanthe sauvage.

Mode d’application: 

Avant un effort: En prévention des échauffements, appliquez une première couche sur les zones de frottement (pieds, aine, entrejambe, aisselles, mamelons, épaules…) et faîtes pénétrer. Puis appliquez une deuxième couche sans faire pénétrer.

Préparation d’une épreuve:4 semaines avant, appliquez quotidiennement sur l’ensemble du pied pour renforcer l’épiderme et redonner élasticité et souplesse à votre peau. 

Ces trois principaux ingrédients sont:

Miel d’acacia: Ce miel doré est l’un des plus doux qui existent. Il contient des sucres qui retiennent l’eau à la surface de la peau et permet ainsi d’assurer une hydratation continue.

Acanthe sauvage: Cette fleur des champs, récoltée à la main en début d’été, est riche en flavonoïdes qui stimulent la régénération cellulaire pour permettre à l’épiderme de se reconstituer.

Fougère tropicale: Cette fougère contient des phytostérols, molécules qui renforcent la jonction épiderme-derme pour améliorer l’élasticité et la résistance de la peau.

Conseil d’utilisation: Avant le sport, appliquer en massage prolongé sur les zones à protéger. -« Crème anti-frottement » de OVERSTIM.s: Elle dépose un film à haut pouvoir de lubrification sur les zones de frottement. Elle protège efficacement des frottements irritant la peau et favorise sa réparation (pieds, plis de l’aine, entre-jambes, aisselles, mamelons, …). Le contact direct peau sur peau est ainsi supprimé. Elle est conseillée pour les sportifs exposés aux frottements peau contre peau ou portant un équipement contre peau (chaussures de course, de ski, cuissards cycliste, …). Elle ne forme pas de granulés abrasifs en séchant.

Conseil d’utilisation: Avant l’effort, enduire largement la zone à protéger de la crème anti-frottement OVERSTIM.s et faire pénétrer soigneusement. Pour les longues sorties (cyclosportive, ultra trail, …), il est souhaitable de renouveler l’application en cours d’épreuve.

–« Crème pieds désodorante » de VIADOL: Si vous ne portez pas les bonnes chaussures et les bons sous-vêtements qui laissent transpirer votre peau, vos pieds finiront probablement par accumuler de l’humidité et sentir mauvais à la fin de la journée. À savoir que pour toutes personnes transpirants des pieds, même les enfants, il est bien de mettre du Talc entre les orteils et sur la plante des pieds tous les matins en prévention des mycoses.

Anti-friction creams are designed to prevent blisters from forming or any skin irritation caused by the footwear during a sporting activity. They should therefore be applied before any activities.

Antiperspirant creams and deodorants will have to be applied for a certain period of time in the form of a cure.

ANTI-FRICTION CREAMS

Application mode:

Before an effort: To prevent overheating, apply a first coat on the areas of friction (feet, groin, crotch, underarms, nipples, shoulders…) and let it penetrate. Then apply a second coat without penetrating.

It helps to combat the effects of excessive sweating while allowing the skin to breathe for 24 hours. Thanks to its formula containing active ingredients known for their effectiveness, it helps to combat the effects of excessive perspiration by respecting the natural sweating process. In addition, Farnesol, active with bacteriostatic properties, limits the proliferation of bacteria, which is involved in their formation. It also allows them to dry quickly and create a powdery effect that absorbs moisture. The feet are dry, without unpleasant odours.

Directions for use: Spray 2 to 3 seconds before putting on your shoes, focusing on the soles of your feet and between your toes.

-« Antiperspirant Deo Sprayer » by AKILEINE (see picture above): Without propellant gas, this spray is a real shock treatment against sweating and bad smells.

Directions for use: Spray once a day on the soles of the feet and between the toes. For optimal effectiveness, continue applications for 2 weeks and then space them out.

–AKILEINE « Anti-perspirant Foot Deo Gel » (see picture above): This gel is suitable for feet with high perspiration and unpleasant odours. It regulates excessive perspiration, neutralizes unpleasant odours and refreshes hot feet.

Directions for use: Non-greasy, this gel is applied without massage twice a day. Apply for 2 weeks and then space out the applications.

Namely that all people sweating from the feet, even children, it is good to put Talc between the toes and on the soles of the feet every morning to prevent fungal infections.

Example of a powder: « Organic foot deodorant powder » from CATTIER= The absorbent foot powder from Cattier is intended for people who sweat a lot of their feet, who are constantly wearing closed shoes and who want to get rid of bad smells! Directions for use: Sprinkle over the entire foot, insisting on the sole and between the toes every morning. You can as well put it inside the shoe. The feet, delicately scented, remain dry and fresh throughout the day.

If however you suffer from Intertrigo (interdigital mycosis described in my article « Athlete’s Feet »), you can put Mycoster 1% powder 30g between your toes and, if necessary, on the soles of your feet, if the latter is also affected, every morning for 1 month.
